XAT Exam 2023: Xavier's Aptitude Test for the year 2023 is scheduled to be conducted on 8th January. The Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation section consists of 28 questions in the XAT question paper, and it might turn out to be one of the scoring sections with a proper preparation strategy. This year authorities have changed the exam pattern and the candidate will be getting 28 questions in the QA and DI sections without any sectional-time limit. While there are various topics the candidate can focus on, among them, the DI and geometry section is the most scoring topic that will help the candidate get a higher percentile. Below candidate can check the tips to prepare for the Quantitative and Data Interpretation section: -
- Candidates are advised to be thorough with the DI questions as it can be the most scoring compared to other questions in the Quant. One can easily score 8 Marks if through with the DI questions
- Apart from DI, geometry is also scoring topics in the Quant section. There will be a total of 6 questions
- Practice more of the Arithmetics question as there will be 7 questions from Arithmetics, as the exam date is approaching, the candidate can focus on solving Arithmetics based questions
- As we are in the last week of the exam candidates can get started with the revision of all the topics
- Make sure to solve as many Mock tests so that you are able to solve the question in the Quant section more confidently
- While solving the MOCK question candidate are advised to take note of the time to answer one question
- Candidate can revise the topics that require lengthy claculations
- During the exam, the candidate can answer all 27 questions within 45 minutes
