XIM University Reports 100% Placement for the Batch of 2022

XIM University has concluded its final placements for the 2022 batch, known as Xuberance '22. It has reported 100% placements for three of its B-schools - Xavier Institute of Management, School of Human Resource Management, and School of Rural Management. It has also become one of the first universities to finish with 100% placements for the 2022 batch. There has also been an increase in the average and median compensation as compared to 2021. Over 125 companies came on board for the MBA placements - BM, MBA HRM, and MBA RM. This year also saw 39 new recruiters.

XIM University Placement 2022 Highlights 

Given below are some of the highlights of XIM University 2022 placements

• 355 students participated in the placement process
• 64 companies were a part of Xuberance. 15 were new recruiters
• 46 students were extended PPOs from their summer internship organisations
• 5 students got offers from National/International corporate case study competitions
• Highest domestic salary was Rs. 32.21 Lakhs per annum
• The average annual salary was Rs.17.54 Lakhs per annum
• The median annual compensation was Rs.17.10 Lakhs per annum

School of Human Resource Management Placement 2022 Highlights

• 119 Students participated in the placement process
• 37 companies were a part of the placement process. 12 were new
• 15 students were extended PPOs from their summer internship organisationsThe median annual compensation stood at Rs. 15 Lakhs per annum, a remarkable increase of 36.36% over the last y
• 4 students got offers from National/International corporate case study competitions
• The highest domestic salary was Rs. 29.5 lakhs per annum
• The average annual salary was Rs. 15.12 lakhs per annumindicating a record growth of 25.6% over the last year and the highest historically
• The median annual salary was Rs. 15 lakhs per annum, an increaseof 36.36% over the last year

School of Rural Management Placement 2022 Highlights 

• 73 students participated in the placement process
• 22 companies took part in the placement process. 8 were new
• The highest domestic salary was Rs. 14 lakh per annum
• The average annual salary is 23% more as compared to last year
• The average annual salary of the top 10% of the students was Rs.12 lakh per annum
• The average annual salary of the top 20% of the students was Rs. 10.70 lakh per annum
