  2. The face of the aspirant needs to be clearly visible on the passport-sized photo.

  3. Black and white photos would not be accepted. The passport-sized photograph needs to be coloured.

  4. The signature needs to be done on a plain white sheet of paper.

  5. Candidates need to sign on a white sheet of paper with either a Black or Blue pen.

  6. The scanning resolution of both the photograph and signature must be 100 dpi.
