Carry JENPAS UG 2024 Admit Card to the Exam Hall
Among the list of dos for the JENPAS UG 2024 exam day, carrying the JENPAS UG 2024 Admit Card is the most important thing. No candidates will be allowed to enter the exam center without producing the admit card. Without a valid hall ticket, you will not be allowed inside the examination hall. The JENPAS UG 2024 Admit Card was released on June 20, 2024.
WBJEEB will publish the admit card a few days before the exam day and students will be able to download it till the exam date. Students should download them at the earliest, so there is enough time to notify the exam conducting body i.e. WBJEEB of the errors (if any) and get them corrected before the date of examination.
Steps to Download JENPAS UG Hall Ticket
To download the JENPAS UG Admit Card 2024, candidates must follow these steps:
Visit the WBJEEB official website
Select the tab ‘JENPAS UG’ on the homepage
Click on the link saying ‘Download JENPAS UG 2024 Admit Card’
Enter your details, like Application No./DOB/Password
View the admit card and carefully check all the details
Click on the ‘Save’ or ‘Download’ button to get it
Take a printout of the hall ticket for future reference

Once you have successfully downloaded the admit card, you must check for the following details carefully:
Name of the examinee/candidate
Name of the examination
Personal details of the candidate – Father’s Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Nationality, Category, etc.
Roll No.
Name of the examination centre
Time and date of the examination
Cross-checking these details is important because it may so happen that the spelling of your name or DOB is printed wrong. In such cases, WBJEEB must be informed of the same immediately. Keep in mind that if the details on the JENPAS Admit Card do not match the information provided by the candidate at the time of filling out the application form, then the administering body has all the right to cancel his/her candidature.
Candidates will also need to affix their recent Passport-sized photograph (coloured) in the designated space on the admit card and sign (or put thumb impression) the same in black ink.
Documents to Carry to JENPAS UG 2024 Exam Centre
On the day of the JENPAS UG Exam, candidates will need to carry a set of documents to the exam centre. Here is what the list includes:
A printout of the JENPAS UG 2024 Admit card
A copy of the coloured Passport-sized photo that was submitted along with the online application

Reporting Time for Examination
All examinees are advised to report at the exam centre at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam. Following the complete verification procedure, candidates must be seated 15 minutes before the exam.

Dress Code
There is no specific dress code for the JENPAS UG Exam. However, candidates should appear in comfortable and appropriate attire. Accessories and/or ornaments are not allowed inside the exam hall.
Covid-19 Protocols
Keeping the Covid-19 situation in mind, the Board has arranged for all safety protocols at the exam centre. Examinees will be allowed to enter the hall after temperature checks with thermal guns. If a candidate has temperature above the normal range or shows Covid-19 symptoms, he/she will be sent for isolation. Besides, everyone at the centre, including the candidates, invigilators, and the exam conducting authorities, must follow all safety norms, such as maintaining social distancing, carrying a hand sanitizer, and wearing a mask at all times.

JENPAS UG Exam 2024 Rules
When taking the JENPAS exam, candidates must abide by the following rules set by the Examination Board:
No candidate will be permitted to take the exam from a centre different from the one allotted to them on the admit card
If a candidate is found to be occupying a seat other than the one allotted to them, he/she will be reported against immediately and their paper will be dismissed.
The conducting authorities at the centre may carry out frisking to check for items that are prohibited inside the hall
Examinees are to take their seats 15 minutes before the test
Candidates arriving late at the exam centre will not be allowed to enter under any circumstances
Candidates found carrying prohibited items/objects will be reported and their candidature will be cancelled immediately
Question booklets are to be distributed well before the beginning of the exam. If a candidate does not receive the same, he/she must inform the invigilator of the same and get the entire set from the series replaced, for example – Series A/Series B/Series C/Series D etc.
Darken the appropriate bubbles of the Roll no., Question booklet no. and series (A/B/C/D)
Candidates are to open the Question booklet no. only after the test has started and as announced by the invigilator.
Maintain silence inside the exam hall. Any gesticulation/conversation or creating disturbances during the test will be deemed as a misdemeanour. If caught using unfair means, a candidate’s candidature will be cancelled and he/she will be permanently or temporarily barred from taking the JENPAS UG Exam.
Candidates are not to have any discussion regarding a question with the invigilator
Candidates can use the space in the Question booklet to carry out a rough work
No candidate is to leave the exam hall without permission till the test is over and all the OMR sheets have been collected and tallied by the invigilator
Once the test is over, candidates may take the Question booklet along
Any candidate found impersonating will be over to the police
JENPAS UG 2024 Exam Day Instructions: Things to Do
Many applicants do not pay attention to instructions given on the admit card or the WBJEEB website and end up making mistakes on the day of the examination. To ensure you do not repeat those mistakes, check out the list of do’s here:
Examinees are to arrive at the venue of examination 30 minutes before the start time
Make sure you are familiar with the location of the exam centre and the modes of transportation to avoid any inconvenience on the main exam day.
Carry all the necessary documents as mentioned above (Admit Card printout, coloured photograph, and a valid Govt. ID proof)
Once the Question booklet is distributed, take the OMR sheet and double-check if your OMR number and the number on the Question booklet are the same.
Sign at the top of the question booklet
On the OMR, write in BLOCK LETTERS – your name, the name of the centre, and then sign in the designated space. If you make end up marking elsewhere accidentally, the OMR may be rejected.
On the OMR, write the Question booklet no. and the Roll no. in the proper locations. A wrongly put Question booklet no. and Roll no. may result in the OMR being rejected or wrongly scored, for which the Board will not be held liable. If a candidate makes an error, he or she must request the invigilator’s help.
Check that the information on the attendance sheet, such as your Roll no., photograph, and spelling of your name matches the information on your admit card. If any necessary corrections are needed, do bring them to the invigilator's attention.
At the start of the exam, you will have access to the full question paper. Keep track of how much time you spend on each question. Make a rough estimate of how long you'll spend on each section.
Mark a question for review and move on to the next one if it is taking too long

JENPAS UG 2024 Examination: Things NOT to Do
To ensure a trouble-free, smooth exam, examinees must be aware of the things that should not and must not be done at the exam centre:
Applicants must not arrive wearing any belts, caps, ornaments, goggles etc.
Candidates should not bring any written or printed materials, calculators, pens, log tables, wristwatches, or any communication devices such as cell phones into the examination room. If a candidate is found in possession of such materials, his/her candidature will be immediately revoked.
Do not sign the question booklet until the invigilator instructs you to
Except for a bottle of water, do not bring any snacks or beverages to the exam centre
Do not move from your seat during or after completing the test. The invigilator will provide instructions regarding the same.
Keep in mind that appearing for the JENPAS UG 2024 exam and receiving a score does not guarantee admission. Allotment and admission requirements shall be determined at the time of counselling.
