NIPER JEE Exam Day Guidelines

NIPER JEE exam 2025 will be conducted on June 10, 2025 in the online mode for M.S. (Pharm), M.Pharm, M.Tech (Pharm), MBA (Pharm), and Ph.D. programs every year. Before appearing for the NIPER JEE 2025 exam, candidates are recommended to know about the guidelines for the exam that they must follow on the day of the exam. The guidelines are designed by the authorities to smoothly conduct the NIPER JEE 2025 exam . Therefore, all candidates should adhere to these these following set of rules and regulations to assist themselves and other fellow aspirants to take the exam in a smooth way. The exam day guidelines of NIPER JEE are given in a detailed manner in this article.

Exam Day Guidelines for NIPER JEE

Students can refer to this section in order to have a detailed understanding of the exam day instructions.

  • It is advised that all applicants for the NIPER JEE exam arrive at their designated testing locations at least half an hour prior to the exam's start time.
  • Each applicant must verify the name and full address of the NIPER JEE exam centre after downloading their admit card. To minimise any inconvenience, it is recommended that students visit their respective testing locations two to three days before the exam day.
  • Candidates should be aware that they must only show up at the exam location designated on their individual admit cards on the day of the NIPER JEE exam. If a student is discovered to be present at an exam location that is not assigned to them, the authorities will cancel their candidature.
  • Students must bring a valid form of identification, such as an Aadhar Card, School / College / Institute ID, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport with passport size photograph, in addition to a hard copy of their NIPER JEE admit card (ideally a coloured printout). It is recommended that candidates bring the same colour passport-size photo that they uploaded on their application form.
  • No candidate will be permitted to enter the exam room with any written or printed materials, a calculator, a log table, a wristwatch, or any kind of communication device, including a smartphone, pager, smartwatch, or Bluetooth. Any student found in possession of such items within the exam room will have their candidature immediately cancelled.
  • All the students must enter the exam hall at least 15 minutes before the commencement of the NIPER JEE exam. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall after the exam commences
  • During the exam, all candidates are required to remain completely silent within the exam centre. The centre in charge will permanently or for the appropriate amount of time bar any student who is found to use unfair methods, cause a disturbance, engage in conversation, or engage in gesticulation.
  • Candidates arriving at the examination centre after commencement of the examination in each paper will not be allowed to take the examination under any circumstances
  • Using unfair means or impersonation in attending the examination is a serious offence and will lead to disqualification of candidature from NIPER JEE 2025 and all admission-related processes. It may also lead to legal action against such candidates
  • Test takers cannot leave their seats without permission from the invigilator until the exam is over

Items Allowed Inside Exam Centre

Candidates can check the list of items that are allowed inside the exam centre.

  • Pen
  • Pencil
  • Drinking water in transparent bottle
  • Hardcopy of admit card
  • Original photo identity card

Items Not Allowed Inside Exam Centre

The following list of items are not allowed inside the NIPER JEE exam centre.

  • Watches, mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, earphones, microphones, pagers, health bands or any other electronic gadgets, any printed / blank / handwritten paper, log tables, writing pads, scales, eraser, geometry/pencil-boxes, pouches, calculators, pen drives, electronic pens / scanner, wallets, handbags, camera, goggles or similar such items
  • Any other item which could be used for unfair means, or for hiding communication devices like a microchip, camera, Bluetooth device, etc., is not permitted
  • Candidates are advised NOT to wear items containing metals such as ring, bracelet, earrings, nose pin, chain / necklace, pendant, badge, brooch, clothes with big buttons. They are also advised to wear open footwear like chappals and sandals

Yes, transparent water bottles are allowed inside the exam hall.
