• Students can choose the course and college of their preferences on a merit basis at the time of counselling.

• If a candidate chooses a Government Quota seat in the category of Self-Financing College when seats are available in Government Colleges, they must give a declaration that they will not demand the govt. Seats subsequently during re-allotment.

• Once all the paramedical seats in the Government Colleges are filled, if a candidate opts for a self-financing college course, the name and rank of the candidate will only be waitlisted in the Government College for that particular course.

• Individual requests for the transfer of course and college will not be granted.
