TNPSC Group 4 One-Time Registration
Before proceeding to the application form, candidates must visit www.tnpsc.gov.in to complete their TNPSC One Time Registration. On the homepage, a link for “OneTime Registration New User” will be provided. Candidates must register themselves through this link using their basic particulars such as their Aadhar Card, biometrics, etc. To complete the one-time registration, candidates must also pay a fee of INR 150/-.
TNPSC One Time Registration is valid for 5 years from the date of registration. It is important for applicants to note that this one time registration is not an application to any post but an essential pre-requisite.
TNPSC Group 4 Application Form 2025
Before starting the TNPSC Group 4 registration process, students should check if they are eligible. The application process for TNPSC Group 4 in 2025 will be entirely online. First, candidates need to register on the One Time Registration platform at tnpsc.gov.in. After that, they can fill out the TNPSC Group 4 application form for 2025.
Once the application submission period ends, candidates will have three days to correct any details in their applications.
Steps to Apply Online
Here are the steps to fill out the TNPSC Group 4 Application Form for 2025.
- Go to the official TNPSC website, www.apply.tnpscexams.in. You must fill out the application online only. Applications sent offline or from other websites will be rejected.
- Click on the “To Apply” link on the homepage.
- Under “Activity1,” find the “Apply Now” link. Select the links for Combined Civil Services Examination-IV (Group-IV).
- A login page will appear. Enter your credentials from “TNPSC One Time Registration.” Click “Submit,” and the TNPSC Application Form will display.
- Fill in all the requested details. Photographs and signature instructions are provided below.
- Review all the information before you submit.
- Pay the required fees online. You can use Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card. Make sure to pay before the last submission date.
- After successful payment, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Download this page for your records.
Note: Once you submit your application and receive your application ID, you cannot modify your form.

Important:
- The photograph must be taken after the date of release of TNPSC Group 4 Notification
- The photograph must be of the above-mentioned dimensions, and of colour against a white background. The photograph must be taken in a photo studio.
- Both the ears, eyes, and part of the neck must be visible in the photograph.
- The candidate’s name and date of the photo taken must be mentioned by adhering to the dimensions given above.
- The signature must be done using a blue or black ink pen on a white unruled paper only.
- The photograph must be saved and uploaded as “ Photograph.jpg ”.
