CGBSE Class 10 Social Science Question Paper Design 2024-25

- The duration of the question paper will be three hours.
- Question No. 01 is an objective question. Each question carries 1 mark. This question has three sub-sections, Section (a) is a multiple choice question, Section (b) is making appropriate relation, and Section (c) is fill in the blanks.
- Question numbers 02 to 06 will be very short answer questions, each question carries 02 marks. The maximum limit for an answer is 30 words.
- Question numbers 07 to 10 are very short answer questions. Each question carries 03 marks. The maximum limit for an answer is 50 words.
- Questions No. 11 to 14 will be short answer type questions. Each question carries 4 marks. The maximum limit for an answer is 75 words. All questions will have internal choices.
- Question numbers 15 to 16 will be long answer questions. Each question carries 05 marks. The maximum limit of answer is 100 words. All questions will have internal choices.
- Questions No. 17 to 18 are long answer type questions. Each question carries 06 marks. The maximum limit for answer is 150 words. All questions have internal choices.
