CSJMU Admission 2025 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

CSJMU Kanpur admission to B.Tech courses is based on JEE Main. Candidates who have appeared for JEE Main must note that the results have been released by NTA on April 2024. For other UG courses, CUET UG scores are taken into consideration. The examination will be conducted from May 15 to May 24, 2024. 

CSJMU Admission Dates 2024

• The admission criteria for various courses at the university vary as per the specialisation. The majority of the admission criteria are based on entrance exams. The CSJMU admission 2024 will also be based on the scores of various exams like JEE Main, CAT, NEET, CUET, etc. 
• The B.Tech admissions at the Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University are based on the JEE Main scores followed by counselling. 
• For courses like B.Pharm and D.Pharm, the UPCET scores were considered until the 2022 session. This exam has been replaced by the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG). The CSJMU admission process for various undergraduate courses is based on the CUET UG scores. 
• The NEET UG and NEET PG exams are considered for the MBBS/BDS and MD/MS courses respectively. 
• For MBA admission, the CAT scores are evaluated by the university.

Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University Admission Criteria 

The application process for CSJMU is conducted online through the official website of the university. The detailed application process is mentioned below.

Step 1: Visit the official website of the university which is csjmu.ac.in.

Step 2: Go to the ‘Student’s Corner’ tab on the home page of the website and click on the ‘Admissions’ and thereafter the ‘Apply for Admissions’ tab.

Step 3: Fill out the Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University Kanpur admission form with all the required details like name, email id, phone number, course, etc.

Step 4: Next, upload the required documents in the prescribed size and format.

Step 5: Pay the application fee of the university which is Rs 600 for General students and Rs 400 for the reserved category students. This fee can be paid by a Credit Card/Debit Card/Net-Banking.

Step 6: Click on ‘Submit’ and take the printout of the application form for CSJMU admission 2024 for future reference.

Step 7: Applicants must make a note of the registered number and password for further proceedings on the official portal. 

The following details and documents are required for the application process:

• A valid email ID 
• A valid mobile number for authentication of application
• A passport-sized photograph (recently clicked and uploaded in the JPEG format only). 
• Signature in blue or black ink on a white sheet (scanned and uploaded in the JPEG format only). 
• Access to an online payment medium/ service, such as net banking or credit card. 

Once the CSJMU admission process is completed, the shortlisted candidates can then report to the campus with the required documents to proceed with the final selection process.
