Koshys Group of Institutions scholarships are awarded to eligible students of the institution. These scholarships are dedicated to assisting and supporting deserving and disadvantaged students.

• For candidates securing 90% and above in 12th standard, they will get 50% scholarship and it is applicable for 20 seats.
• Candidates securing 80% and above in 12th standard get 30% scholarship and it is applicable for 30 seats.
• For SC/ST candidates there is a scholarship of 10% in UG courses and 5% in PG courses.
• For minority candidates there is a scholarship of 10% in UG courses and 5% in PG courses.

• New tie-up with industry leaders – Koshys Group of Institutions has sought the help of many new industries to train their students during the summer internship programs which helps them be prepared for the KGI campus placement rounds. The students also gets an idea as to how companies work and what is expected out of them once they graduate. 
• More certificate courses – KGI is adding more certificate courses which can be pursued by the students so to increase their knowledge about certain domains and will also help them in the industry working.

Koshys Group of Institutions courses offered are under the domain of Health Science, Management studies and Media studies. There are courses ranging from bachelors degree to masters degree in these courses along with certain certificate courses as well.

Every year, the admissions for UG and PG courses at Koshys Group of Institutions begins in February. Candidates who are interested in a particular course can apply online. 

• Walk-in inquiries: Students or candidates who want to see admission in any department of KGI can walk into the KGI admission cell situated on the campus and take the application form. The form can be submitted to the admission office and a nominal application fee of Rs 1,000 is to be paid while submitting the form which can be paid by credit/debit card, net banking or through UPI as well and if the candidate is shortlisted, they will be reached out via phone or email by the admission team. The candidate will be given an acknowledgement receipt upon successful acceptance of the application form.
• Online: Since the onset of the corona pandemic, most of the admission process is now online, and candidate can submit their application via the official website and pay the application fee of Rs 1,000 via net banking, through credit/debit cards or even UPI system as well. The list of required documents should also be uploaded on the same site by the candidate. Once the application is sent the candidate would receive an acknowledgement through email and via SMS as well.

The Koshys Group of Institutions application fee is Rs 1,000 and this is non-refundable even if the candidate does not take admission here. All the courses in the Koshys Group of Institutes are based on the guidelines by AICTE and the students are trained relating to every subject accordingly.

How to Fill Koshys Group of Institutions Application Form?

Candidates have to visit the official website of Koshys Group of Institutions and follow these steps:

• Students have to fill out the basic details like name, address, phone number, email, etc.
• Upload a soft copy of the 12th certificate. 
• For admission to PG courses, enter all marks up to UG level. 
• Submit once all details are verified. Candidate will receive an acknowledgement email once the process is finished.

• For all the Koshys Group of Institutions UG courses candidates need to clear 10 + 2 years of schooling with minimum 50% aggregate and for Koshys Group of Institutions PG courses candidates should have completed a Bachelors Degree with 50% aggregate.
• For MBA course, candidate should also clear entrance exams like CAT, XAT, MAT or GMAT. 

The last date for submitting the admission form of Koshys Group of Institutions is tentatively at the end of July 2023.

Students who have appeared for CAT/GMAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/NMAT can apply for the MBA programme at Koshys Group of Institutions.

The Koshys Group of Institutions curriculum is up to date with the latest technology. The students are also given practical work so that they are industry ready apart from just theoretical knowledge. There are large labs at KGI which can be used by the science department for conducting various practical tests.

The highest package at Koshys Group of Institutions is Rs 15 Lakhs per annum. This is one of the highest salary packages a student has got in any college in Bangalore.

The average package at Koshys Group of Institutions is Rs 3.6 lakhs per annum. This average is quite high in comparison to other colleges in Karnataka.

National Service Scheme

The National Service Scheme is administered by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, which is jointly sponsored by the Union and State governments. The two primary components of NSS are 'Regular Activities' and 'Special Camping Programs. NSS's primary purpose is to increase students' desires for college and to connect academic institutions to society.

Anti-Ragging Cell

Ragging is an act that we, as instructors and students, abhor. In keeping with this, we formed an anti-ragging cell with the mission of investigating and eradicating all types of ragging.

Nutrition Club

Nutrition plays a critical part in our lives. Nutrition must be prioritised since it is critical for our health and leading a healthy lifestyle. Students are encouraged to engage actively in all activities throughout the day in order to raise awareness about the significance of diet and to remind one another to be healthy.

Management Club

The management forum provides students with an opportunity to develop their professional skills through a variety of academic and cultural activities such as dance and music competitions, art and craft competitions, business quizzes, best business plan competitions, debate/elocution competitions, college competitions, seminars, workshops, industrial visits, and corporate exposure.

• The annual fest of Koshys Group of Institutions happens every year before the final semester for the year.
• The festival dates would be displayed on the notice board of the campus or on the official website of Koshys Group of Institutions and students can prepare themselves accordingly.
• Most of the annual festivals which are conducted at Koshys Group of Institutions are conducted by the cultural club which is headed by students of different departments.
• The sports club at Koshys Group of Institutions arranges many of the indoor and outdoor activities during the annual fest and makes sure that there is maximum participation among the students.
• During the annual festival there are no educational classes being conducted for any branch at Koshys Group of Institutions. Both teachers and students participate in many of the competitions together.
