AEEE 2025

AEEE Phase 1 Exam Dates are February 1 and 2, 2025 as released by the Amrita University. AEEE 2025 Phase 1 Application Form Filling Date has been extended to January 20, 2025, where the previous date was January 7, 2025. AEEE application form 2025 has been released on October 22, 2024. AEEE 2025 examination is conducted in 2 phases, phase 1 will be conducted in February 2025 and Phase 2 will be conducted in April 2025. 

Amrita University administers the AEEE examination in Computer Based Test (CBT) in 149 cities, including exam centres in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Dubai, UAE.  If a candidate fails to attend AEEE Phase 1 exam 2025 after successfully reserving a slot, then he or she may attend Phase 2 of AEEE 2025 by paying a fee of INR 600/-. BTech admission at Amrita School of Engineering is based on performance in JEE Main and AEEE exams. 70% of seats are allocated based on AEEE results, with the remaining 30% filled based on JEE Main ranks. A candidate can apply for either the AEEE or the JEE Mains 2025 alone or both.


About AEEE

Amrita Entrance Examination Engineering (AEEE) is an institutional-level entrance examination conducted for admission to various undergraduate B.Tech programs offered by Amrita Schools of Engineering. Every year, Amrita University (Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham) organizes this entrance examination. The University has three campuses in Coimbatore, Amritapuri, and Bengaluru. The mode of entrance exam is online.

AEEE 2025 eligibility criteria prescribed by the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (popularly known as Amrita University) comprise age criteria, academic qualification, and the minimum qualifying marks required to apply for AEEE 2025. The steps to fill out the online AEEE application form 2025 are as follows:

Step 1: AEEE 2025 Registration

The first step is to register and fill out the AEEE 2025 application form. To register, applicants will have to enter their Date of Birth and a valid email ID.

Step 2: Filling AEEE 2025 Application Form

After registering, applicants will have to enter their basic details such as Name, Address & Contact details, Year of passing/appearing, the status of examination (pass/fail), marks details, Last attended school, income details and programme preference.

Step 3: Uploading Scanned Images

  • To proceed further, applicants will have to upload scanned images of their Passport size colour photograph (recent) and Signature (as per specifications).
  • Applicants must note that the photo should be clear and in .jpg format.
  • After the successful uploading of images, click on the ‘Proceed for Payment’ option.

Step 4: AEEE 2025 Application Fee Payment

The application fee may be paid either by credit/debit card or net banking. 

Step 5: Submission of AEEE 2025 Application Form

After successfully filling out the AEEE application form 2025, applicants must take a printout of it for future use.

AEEE 2025 Slot Booking

Candidates who will successfully fill out the application form must visit the Amrita University official website to complete the slot booking process. During the AEEE 2025 slot booking, candidates must select the "slot and time slot" of their choosing, subject to availability. Candidates will be allotted dates and slots on a first-come, first-served basis. If a candidate does not exercise their choice, a date/slot is allocated to them based on availability. 


AEEE 2025 Admit Card

AEEE Admit Card 2025 will be released on the official website. Candidates who fill out the AEEE application form and complete the slot booking process will be able to access and download the AEEE admit card using their login information. The admit card will include details such as their name and registration number, the date of the exam, the address of the exam centre, and so on. After downloading the AEEE admit card 2025, candidates must confirm that the data is printed exactly as it appears on their application form. Candidates must rectify any discrepancies by submitting a ticket in the online inquiry management system for a speedier resolution.

AEEE 2025 Exam Day Guidelines

AEEE 2025 exam will be administered in CBT mode. Candidates must be aware of the following AEEE exam day guidelines to have a hustle-free experience. 

  • The CBT examination rooms/halls open one hour before the start of the test.
  • Candidates should take their seats in the test hall 30 minutes before the examination begins.
  • Candidates who do not arrive on time are likely to miss some of the general instructions that will be announced in the test hall.
  • Each candidate is assigned a seat with their roll number. Candidates should find out and occupy just the seats that have been assigned to them. If a candidate is discovered to have changed rooms or seats without permission, their nomination will be invalidated, and no appeal will be entertained.
  • Candidate must carry the AEEE 2025 admit card to the exam centre along with the required ID documents. 
  • Candidates must not bring any suspicious cheating items like notes, books or mobile phones to the exam hall. 

AEEE 2025 Result

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham will release the AEEE Result 2025 at amrita.edu. Candidates will be able to check the result at the Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP) dashboard. Date of birth, registration number/email, and login information will be needed to access the AEEE exam results. The AEEE Result 2025 includes the details of the candidate's obtained marks in the AEEE exam and other fundamental information. The AEEE 2025 rank list will be issued by the authorities soon after the result. 

AEEE 2025 Counselling Process

The AEEE 2025 counselling process will be conducted online by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (Deemed University). Candidates who pass the JEE Main and/or Amrita B.Tech exam can undergo separate AEEE 2025 counsellingprocesses. Candidates will have to register online at amrita.edu to participate in the AEEE counselling and seat allocation 2025. Only those who qualify for the AEEE exam or have a valid JEE Main score shall be enrolled for the Amrita B.Tech programme of 2025. The counselling will be conducted in 3 rounds.

The TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) conducts 4 rounds of counseling for the AEEE. Applicants will be assigned thier seats after each rounds of counseling. Candidates can choose their college and its branch online as per the rank list.
