CEED Application Form 2025

IIT Bombay closed the CEED 2025 registration with a late fee of INR 500 on November 18, 2024. The CEED 2025 application form was released on October 1, 2024, from 1:00 pm onward on the official website @ ceed.iitb.ac.in. As registration and other event dates have been announced, the CEED 2025 will be held on January 19, 2025. CEED Registration 2025 - Who can apply?

Applicants for the CEED 2025 entrance exam must meet the eligibility requirements. Examine the CEED eligibility requirements for 2025, which are listed below.

• By 2025, applicants must have completed a three-year degree/diploma/postgraduate degree course (beyond the 10+2 level) or have taken the final test for such a programme. Students must, however, pass the eligibility test at the time of admission or,
• Students who will have completed the GD Arts diploma curriculum (10+5 level) before July 2025 are eligible to apply for CEED 2025.
• Filling up the CEED 2025 application form has no age restrictions.
• Students may appear in CEED as many times.

CEED Registration Fees 2025

The registration fee for CEED 2025 is non-refundable. A late fee of INR 500 has to be paid by the candidates who will submit the form after the closing dates of the application form. Documents Required for CEED 2025 Application Form

There are some important documents that the candidate needs to have while filling out the application form for CEED 2025. The candidates can check the list of documents required to fill out the application form for CEED 2025.

• A recent colour photograph of the applicant
• A scanned copy of the applicant's signature
• Scanned copy of educational degree and also diploma certificate (if applicable)
• Category certificates are required by the EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL belonging to the reserved category. The category certificates should be issued by government authorities.
• The medical certificate is required for the PwD category. The certificate should be valid and issued by a genuine official. 
• A request letter must be uploaded by the PwD candidate if they need compensatory time for writing the CEED examination.
• Candidates whose name does not match the name in the degree/certificate uploaded for the application process should give scanned copies of their passport, gazette notification, or marriage certificate.

Steps to Fill Out CEED 2025 Application Form

Step 1 - Online Registration

The students need to register online by entering all the basic details such as name, gender, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, address etc. The students will receive an auto-generated password on their registered mobile number and email address.  The password can be changed by the applicants.

Step 2: Check your eligibility for CEED 2025

The students after successfully completing their registration process will be redirected to an 'Eligibility Check for CEED 2025' window. The students will have to enter the details as required in the new login window. The details that need to be entered are-

• Qualifying exam
• Passing year
• Mobile number

Once the eligibility check is verified, the students can go to the next step to complete the application process for CEED.

Step 3: Fill in essential details 

The students need to submit all other important and relevant details such as educational qualifications, personal information, correspondence address, etc. as asked in the application form. The students will also have to select 5 CEED 2025 exam centres of their choice in the order of priority.

Step 4: Upload documents

The students need to upload scanned copies of their photographs, signatures, and educational certificates in digital form. The students who have applied under any particular category need to present a category certificate or disability certificate wherever applicable.  Submission of poor-quality images of photographs and signatures may lead to the rejection of the application form as the same gets printed in the admit card. 

Step 5: Pay the application fee

The students need to pay the application fee as applicable to them to complete the process of application. 

Step 6: Take the Printout of the application form

Once the form has been successfully submitted, the students have to take out the printout of the application form of CEED 2025 for future reference.

CEED 2025 Registration: Correction in the Application Form

Based on the official website and the past year's trends, there cannot be any corrections or changes in the CEED application form 2025. The exam authority will not release any correction window for corrections. So, we advise applicants to fill out the details efficiently. However, keep checking the official website and this page to know any changes in the application correction.

How to Edit CEED Application Form 2025?

As per the official website of the conducting body, there can be no edits done in the CEED application form 2025. So, we advise students to fill out all the correct details in the form. It must be noted that the application forms with incomplete information or details not matching the document shared will be considered invalid and their candidature will be cancelled.

What After CEED Registration 2025?

After completing the CEED registration process 2025 students must sit for the exam. However, apart from appearing for the exam, it also comprises other parameters mentioned below:

• The application process will be considered successful only when the application fee is paid. 
• They will have to await the CEED 2025 admit card to be able to sit for this entrance exam. 
• The final selection will be based on the scores of both parts of CEED 2025. The conducting body will release a merit list of the selected candidates. 
• After which selected candidates have to sit for the counselling round.
