AIBE (19) XIX Exam Date 2024 : The Bar Council of India has announced AIBE 19 exam date 2024 at allindiabarexamination.com . As announced by the officials, the examination will be conducted on November 24, 2024. The admit card for the same will be issued to every eligible and registered candidate on November 18, 2024. Only those who meet the eligibility will be considered qualified and allowed to sit for the examination. The eligibility criteria are mentioned below, along with other crucial details related to the examination.

  • The exam will be held in a pen and paper mode.

  • The duration of the exam will be 3 hours.

  • Candidates have to appear for 19 law subjects.

  • A total of 100 multiple-choice questions will be asked in the exam.

  • Candidates will have to pick any one among 23 test medium languages.

AIBE 19 Marking Scheme 2024

Candidates will be assigned one mark for every right answer. Marks will not be deducted for wrong or unattempted questions.

AIBE 19 Exam Qualifying Marks 2024

  • Candidates belonging to the General/OBC category need to get 45% to pass the examination.

  • Candidates belonging to SC/ST and Disabled

  • category needs to get 40% to pass the test.

AIBE XIX Exam 2024 Eligibility

Candidates need to meet the following eligibility requirements to appear for AIBE XIX Exam 2024:

  • There is no age limit for appearing for the examination.

  • Candidates need to have 3 to 5 years LLB degree from a recognised university to sit for the examination

  • Candidates need to be enrolled as an advocate with their respective State Bar Council under Section 24 (1) (f) of the Advocates Act, 1961.
