Accordingly, the second round seat allotment results are to be released on August 4, 2023. The candidates who submitted their option form within the given deadline will be considered for allotment, if the candidate has not already taken admission at the allotted institute in Round 1 of the counselling process. The seat allocation will be based on the candidate's rank and the preferences entered in the option form.

Following the release, candidates will have the opportunity to accept the allotted seats from August 5 to August 7, 2023. The subsequent steps after the seat allotment include acceptance against the allotted seats, along with uploading the Acceptance Letter and necessary documents. This process will take place from August 5 to August 7, 2023. Following this, candidates must report to their respective institutes for document verification from August 8 to August 9, 2023. Respective institutes will then submit the Admission Report and Vacancy List to the DTE Office on August 10, 2023. The Vacancy List received from institutes after the second online counselling will be displayed on August 11, 2023. Candidates can revise or modify their choices for institutions, branches, or other preferences from August 12 to August 13, 2023.
