BITSAT 2025 Registrations from January 21; Check Eligibility Criteria

BITSAT 2025 Registrations: The Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani, will open BITSAT 2025 registrations from January 21. Eligible candidates are advised to register themselves before the deadline to appear for the BITSAT 2025. The BITS Admission Test 2025 will be conducted through a computer-based test mode for the registered candidates only for admission to any of its prestigious campuses. Candidates qualifying for the BITSAT 2025, will have the opportunity to be admitted to Pilani campus, Goa Campus and Hyderabad Campus​​​​​​. The registrations will be held online for the eligible candidates, so, here are the detailed eligibility criteria for candidates to check and accordingly prepare for the registration process. The detailed notification with the BITSAT 2025 schedule will be released by January 21, along with the registrations.

BITSAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

As the BITSAT 2025 registrations will be beginning soon, here are the detailed eligibility criteria that candidates should check and note, if they meet the requirements, they shall be eligible to register for the upcoming BITSAT 2025 exam:

• Candidates should be proficient in English and have passed the 10+2 or Class 12 board exam in physics, chemistry, and mathematics from an accredited Central or State board, or its equivalent.
• The candidate should have received at least 60% in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology subjects in the 12th grade, and a minimum of 75% overall in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (if they took Mathematics in BITSAT) or 75% overall in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (if they took Biology in BITSAT).
• The BITSAT 2025 test is only open to students who are taking the 12th grade exam in 2025 or who passed the 12th grade exam in 2024.
• Only a candidate's most recent performance is taken into account if they have attempted the 12th grade or its equivalent more than once, as long as they have completed all required subjects and courses.
• Students are not permitted to take the BITSAT 2025 exam if they pass the 12th grade exam in 2023 or earlier. Also, present BITS students at any of its campuses are not permitted to take the BITSAT2025 exam.

Admissions will be granted only based on merit. According to the candidate's BITSAT-2024 score, their merit position for admission will be determined. However, they must meet the previously stated minimum score in the 12th grade exam to be eligible for admission.
