CTET 2021 the sixth day of the exam took place on 22 December, and the paper 2 examinations commenced in the afternoon session. The duration of the exam was two and a half hours. The examination of CTET paper-2 of the sixth day began from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM. The examination has been conducted for 150 marks. There are no negative marks for the wrong answers. Paper 2 of CTET 2021 was segregated into four different sections. They were Language I &II, Child Development Pedagogy, Mathematics, Science, or Social Studies. The initial three sections of Paper-2 consisted of 30 questions each. From major subjects, there were 60 questions. Major Highlights of CTET 22nd December 2021 Paper 2 Analysis (First Reaction)
Some of the major highlights of the CTET 22nd December 2021 Paper 2 analysis are as follows:
- The overall difficulty level of the paper was moderate. The Maths section was a bit time-consuming.
- The Maths section was moderate to difficult. Questions were asked from Area of Circle, Ratio of Parameter, multiplicative inverse, rectangle, terminating decimal, line of symmetry, etc.
- There were statement-based questions in Mathematics. Some questions were even tricky.
- The Science section was moderate. There were application-based questions.
- Standard form questions were asked in Science. Questions were asked from Fat-soluble, refraction, force, optics, etc.
- CDP section was very easy as compared to Paper 1. There were direct questions such as stages of Piaget, National Education Policy, etc.
- The National Education Policy question in Paper 2 was repeated from Paper 1.
- CDP section had questions from standard topics such as Piaget, Vygotsky, Kohlberg, etc.
- The English section was easy. The passage was also easy.
- The SST section was easy to moderate. Questions were asked from Rock, Language, Dessert, Preamble, historical source, etc.
