CTET 29 December 2022 Paper 1: Day 2 of the CTET 2022 exam is being conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today, December 29. The Computer-Based Test is being held in two shifts separately for Paper 1 and Paper 2. CTET 2022 Paper 1 exam timing is from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM. As per the CTET 2022 exam pattern, candidates are to attempt 150 questions from 5 different sections – Child Development & Pedagogy, Mathematics, Language I, Language II, and Environmental Studies. All the questions are objective-based (Multiple Choice Questions) and each carries 1 mark. Candidates should know that negative marking is not applicable for incorrect answers in CTET.

CTET 29 December 2022 Paper 1: First Reactions

As per students, the paper pattern was similar to the previous year's paper. Overall, the difficulty level of Paper 1 was easy to moderate.
Questions from EVS were repetitive in nature. Some of the questions were based on Birds and Animals (Elephant, Owl, Kalchiri, Bees), National Park, Rajasthani Oak, Pashmina Shawl, Neighbouring States, State Capitals etc.
Questions in Hindi were based on Pedagogy, Multilingualism, Language Skills etc. The difficulty level of the Hindi section was moderate.
The English section had questions based on Speaking Skills, Reading Comprehension etc.
According to students, Language II and Mathematics sections were moderately easy while the remaining sections were very easy to attempt.
In the CDP section, questions were asked from the theories of Piaget, Kohlberg, and Chomsky. Some of the questions were also based on Schemas.
Questions in Mathematics were majorly based on topics, like LCM, Number Conversion, Pedagogy, and Factors.
Based on the level of the paper, the estimated good attempts by candidates were 110-120.
