The CUET 2022 Phase 1 August 5, 2022 Exam was held in the CBT (Computer-Based Test) in two shifts. The National Testing Agency (NTA) made a few changes in the CUET 2022 pattern. Candidates taking the test in the near future will want to know the weightage, difficulty level, and good attempts for the CUET 5th August 2022 English paper. In general, the English question paper is easy to moderately hard.
The Slot 1 exam took place between 9 a.m. and 12:15 a.m., for a total of 195 minutes. There were a total of 3 sections: English language, Domain Specific test, and General test. The examinee had to answer 140 out of 175 questions.
The language section is worth 50 points, and candidates have to answer 40 of the 50 questions. In the same way, candidates must answer 40 out of 50 questions on the "Teaching Aptitude" (subject-specific) section of the test and 60 out of 75 questions on the "General Test" section. For every correct answer, candidates get 5 points, and for every wrong answer, they lose 1 point.
The CUET English section on August 4, 2022, had a total of 50 questions, and examinees had 45 minutes to answer 40 of them. There were 200 points on the English Paper.
