GATE answer key 2025 has been released on the official website today, February 27. Candidates should enter the login credentials to download the GATE answer key 2025 here.
GATE Answer Key 2025 ReleasedGATE Answer Key 2025 Released: IIT Roorkee has released the GATE 2025 answer key today, February 25, on the official website - gate2025.iitr.ac.in . Along with it, the authority has also released the GATE response sheet via the candidate login as well. Using both the GATE response sheet and answer key, the candidates can calculate the total obtainable scores. IIT Roorkee on the official website posted a notice that reads, "Challenges/ Contests on Questions/ Keys are available on GOAPS portal from Feb. 27 - Mar. 01, 2025. Important Note: Provisional candidates are not allowed for the contest, however they can see their responses in the candidates login portal."
Candidates should enter the login credentials, such as the enrollment ID and password to download the GATE answer key. At first, the authority released the GATE provisional answer key. If the candidates find any discrepancy in the GATE provisional answer key, then they can raise it on or before March 1, 2025. Based on that, the authority will release the GATE final answer key afterward.

To raise an objection, the candidates should pay Rs 500/- per question. If the authority will find the objection is correct, then the objection fee will be refunded. The last date of raising objection against the GATE provisional answer key is March 1, 2025. Post that the authority will not accept any further request of raising the objection.

Click on the GATE answer key 2025 link under the latest news section available on the home page.
Enter the required login credentials.
GATE answer key will be displayed on the screen.
Download the GATE answer key and save it for future reference.
If the candidates choose the correct answer (same as the answer key), then the candidates will get 1 or 2 marks as per the weightage of questions. Otherwise, the candidates will get a deduction for the incorrectly marked answers. Note that for the unanswered questions, no marks will be deducted.
