GCET Important Dates 2018: Exam on 8th & 9th May

GCET Important Dates 2018 : The Goa Common Entrance Test, popularly known as GCET 2018, will be conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Goa on 8th May and 9th May 2018. GCET examinations are organised for admission to professional degree programmes such as, Architecture, Engineering, Homeopathy and Technology within the state of Goa. The GCET entrance exam is conducted in offline mode and in the English language only. Candidates who wish to appear for this state-level entrance exam will have to fill the GCET Application From 2018.

There will be two sets of GCET Application Forms 2018: Form A & Form B.

Form A for : Admission into B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) & B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) programmes in the State of Goa for the academic session 2018-19 will be done on the basis of GCET 2018 scores, (Goa Common Entrance Test).

Form B for: Admission into B.Arch programme will be done based on NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) scores and admission in MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, BDS, Allied Health Sciences, B.Sc. in Nursing programmes will be done on the basis of NEET (National Entrance cum Eligibility Test) scores . These candidates are called directly for GCET 2018 counselling on the basis of their merit rank.

While DTE Goa has declared exam dates of GCET 2018, other GCET important dates haven't been announced. For other dates, candidates can go through the following table, which is based on previous year’s GCET schedule. The tentative dates given below will be updated once GCET 2018 important dates are announced officially by the authority.

There will be 15 examination centres for GCET 2018 in the state of Goa where the entrance examination will be organised. At the time of registration for GCET 2018, candidates must choose a centre which is most convenient for them.
