GSET Exam Date 2023GSET Exam Date 2023: The Maharaja Sanjivrao University of Baroda has released an official notification regarding Gujarat SET 2023 (GSET) exam date and registration dates. Accordingly, the registration for GSET 2023 will commence on August 28, 2023 and it will close on September 16, 2023. Interested candidates for various assistant professor positions across Gujarat shall apply for the examination within the given dates as the last registration date will not be extended. GSET 2023 exam will be conducted on November 26, 2023.
The eligibility for the Gujarat State Eligibility Test (GSET) requires completion or current enrollment in the final year of a UGC-specified Master's degree within the GSET subject. Candidates with foreign or Indian postgraduate diplomas should ensure equivalence with recognized Indian Master's degrees through the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). General/Unreserved candidates need a minimum of 55% in Master's or equivalent degree, while SEBC/SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender candidates require 50% for GSET qualification.

Steps to Apply for Gujarat State Eligibility Test 2023
Here are the steps provided to apply for GSET 2023:
Step 1 - Payment of Examination Fee:
- Visit www.gujaratset.ac.in.
- Pay fees, Processing charges & GST online via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking.
- Follow the instructions, and save the Order Number and SBIepay Reference ID.
Step 2 - Online Registration for GSET Examination:
- Have JPEG passport-sized photo (≤ 100kb) ready.
- Login with Order Number and SBIepay Reference ID.
- Click "Step 2-Register Online for GSET."
- Fill Form accurately, upload photos as per specs.
- Double-check info; no corrections post-submission.
