GUJCET 2023: Tips to Score 40 out of 40 Marks in Physics

GUJCET 2023 exam date will be announced soon and those who wish to appear for the exam must start preparing for it from now onwards. Many students apply for admission into the participating colleges through the GUJCET, as it is one of the most popular state level engineering entrance examinations. Since the competition level is quite high, candidates often worry about how to prepare for it. Due to the ample time left for revising and preparing for GUJCET 2023, students are advised to use this time to improve scores so that they can gain admission into the participating institutes. The GUJCET exam paper will consist of questions from 3 sections- Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology. 40 questions will be asked from each subject i.e., 120 questions in total. For every correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded and 0.25 mark will be subtracted in case of any wrong answer.

If you wish to score full marks in Physics subjects, do not forget to follow these tips-
  • Focus on NCERT
Most questions in the examination come from NCERT books. Focus on the problems, theory, and illustrations given in the book since 20-25 questions are from NCERT.
  • Solve mock test papers
Mock test papers are very useful as they can help you understand the question pattern and you can also know the difficulty level of the exam. You can also compute the time it requires you to solve one paper and work upon your speed likewise.
  • Focus on MCQ
Almost 90 MCQ questions will be asked in the GUJCET paper. Try to solve as many MCQs as possible from various books as well as study materials. The more you practice, the better you will get at solving questions within the time period.
