GUJCET Answer Key 2023: What if there are errors in the key?
The conducting authority, GBSHSE, will release two official answer keys: i. Preliminary, and ii. Final. The authority will allow students to raise objections against the preliminary answer key in case they find any given answer or question in the paper to be incorrect. All such objections will be scrutinized by the expert committee of the board. Any changes, thus made thereof in the preliminary key, will be reflected in the final answer key. No objections against the final key will be entertained.

Will board marks be considered for GUJCET 2023?
Yes. For the preparation of the merit list, both GUJCET percentile and board percentiles will be taken into account to prepare the final score of the candidate. However, the actual GUJCET to board percentile weightage ratio will be disclosed later. It is to be noted that only marks in physics, chemistry, and mathematics or biology (whichever the candidate appeared for or both) will be considered to prepare the board percentile.

GUJCET Analysis 2023 for Mathematics
The preliminary reactions of the students conveyed that GUJCET maths paper was somewhat on the tougher side. Although many students expressed the paper as doable, very few stated the paper to be scoring. There were many application-based and concept-based questions which made the overall paper tougher than the rest of the three papers conducted today.

GUJCET Analysis 2023 for Biology
The biology paper was found to be of a moderate difficulty level. There were no questions out of the prescribed syllabus. Most of the students stated that there were many direct questions that were easy marks. However, the paper also had a few tough questions which tested the thinking and application abilities and also tested conceptual knowledge of the topics.

There was a question in Physics that was found to be erroneous. There were no correct options given. The question was: What is the dielectric strength of air? Its correct answer should be 3.0×10^8 V/m which was not given in the options.

GUJCET biology paper will begin at 1 PM. Entry inside the examination hall will be allowed by 12:30 PM. The checking and signing of the attendance sheet will go on until 12:45 PM after which the question booklets will be distributed. The test will commence at 1'o clock and once the test starts, no entry will be permitted.

GUJCET 2023 Answer Key: Punishment for malpractices
In case any candidate is found engaging in any misconduct or malpractice such as modification in admit card, appearing in place of another candidate, or carrying unpermitted things inside the examination hall, then such candidates will be debarred from giving the exam, if caught during the exam. If any such practices are discovered later on, then the result/ admission of the candidate will be withheld. In both cases, the candidate will be barred from appearing for GUJCET exam for a given duration, depending on the severity of the offense.

GUJCET 2023 Expected Cutoff
There are no minimum qualifying marks or cutoff marks in GUJCET 2023 required to be eligible for the counselling process. However, the candidate must have passed their board exam PCM/B subjects to be eligible for counselling. On the other hand, the colleges will have their own cutoffs which will be displayed after each round of counselling seat allocation.

GUJCET 2023 Merit List Criteria
Marks of both GUJCET 2023 and your board exam will carry a weightage while preparing your merit list rank. The exact ratio of the weightage distribution between the two will be conveyed later. However, only the marks of your core subjects - PCM/ PCB/ PCMB - will be considered as your board marks. The scores of other subjects will not be taken into account.

Will GUJCET Official Answer Key 2023 be released?
Yes, the official GUJCET 2023 answer key will be published by the conducting authority, GSBSHSE. This is done to ensure a fair assessment of the exam. Once the answer key is released, the students will be able to raise objections against any answer they find wrong. All such objections, if any, will be scrutinized by the authorities, and the subsequent changes will be implemented in the final answer key. All assessments will be done as per the final answer key.

To convey to the students regarding the time passed from the start of the exam, warning bells and long bells will be rung at the examination center as follows:
- Long bell 1: At 10 AM (Commencement of the exam)
