GUJCET Counselling Registration 2025: On March 24, 2025, the Gujarat Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) has officially launched the GUJCET Counselling Registration 2025 for aspiring engineering and pharmacy students. The registration process, which began today at 2 PM, is now accessible online through the official portal, acpc.gujarat.gov.in, providing a seamless opportunity for eligible students to secure seats in undergraduate programs across Gujarat’s esteemed institutions. The counselling registration window is open from March 24 to May 20, 2025, on the official portal.

To be eligible for the counselling process, candidates must have appeared for the GUJCET 2025 examination and secured the minimum qualifying marks as specified by the ACPC. The ACPC will conduct the seat allotment in multiple rounds based on the candidates' merit ranks, choices filled, and availability of seats.

GUJCET 2025 Counselling Registration Process

The GUJCET 2025 counselling involves several key steps:​

1. Candidates must register on the official portal by providing personal, academic, and GUJCET examination details.​

2. Scanned copies of necessary documents, including mark sheets, certificates, and photographs, must be uploaded as per the specified guidelines.​

3. A non-refundable counselling fee of INR 350/- is to be paid online to complete the registration process.​

4. Post-registration, candidates can select and prioritize their preferred courses and institutions. It is crucial to lock these choices before the deadline to ensure consideration during seat allotment.

GUJCET Merit List for admission to BTech courses will be released in June. Candidates will be able to check the merit list by logging in to the ACPC portal.
