According to the IMD’s weather report, a yellow alert has been declared for Kurnool, Nandyal, Krishna, NTR, Eluru, Visakhapatnam, and Kakinada districts , so the chances of continuation of a shutdown are higher in these districts but still unlikley. The torrential rains have disrupted daily life across several districts, raising concerns about the safety of students and staff. With weather conditions showing little sign of improvement, authorities are considering continuing classes in the said districts.
If the holiday is declared, it will apply to all schools in the affected districts, including government, private, and aided institutions. As per the IMD predictions, heavy rainfall likely at Isolated places is highly expected on the same day.
