JEE Main 2022 Result: How Percentile Score is Calculated?
In order to avoid the bunching effect, the NTA calculates percentile scores up to seven decimal places. Furthermore, the lowest and highest scores are converted to appropriate percentiles. As a result of the process, ties are also reduced.

JEE Main 2022 Result: Tie-Breaking Policy
In order to give each candidate a unique rank, a tie-breaking policy will be implemented which is as follows:
- Mathematics score will be considered first, followed by,
- Physics score, followed by,
- Chemistry score.
- If the tie is not resolved, the candidate with more correct attempts in all subjects (when compared to own's incorrect attempts) will be given a higher rank, followed by,
- More correct attempts in Mathematics, followed by,

The National Testing Agency will release the nationwide list of toppers along with their percentile scores. Is there any special reservation for female candidates in IITs?
In order to equate the male-female ratio at IITs, supernumerary seats have been created for female candidates. JEE Main 2022 Result: Two More Universities Accept JEE Score
Since 2021, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow and Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur- these two universities have started to accept the JEE Main 2022 score for admission to B.Tech/M.Tech (Integrated)/ B.Arch courses.
