JoSAA NIT Cutoff 2023 Round 1JoSAA NIT Cutoff 2023 Round 1: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has releases the opening and closing cutoff ranks for the first round of counselling today, July 1, 2023. On this page, the cutoff ranks for all 31 NITs and IISET Sibhpur is provided across all reservation categories as well as the state-wise and gender-wise quotas. NIT aspirants who could not get admission in round 1 shall note that the cutoffs will subsequently lower in the upcoming round 2. Hence, JoSAA 2023 NIT opening and closing ranks must be referred to get an idea about the expected round 2 institute-wise cutoffs.

NITs Fee Structure through JoSAA Counselling 2023
The total fee structure varies from institute to institute. However, the tuition fee across all NITs is consistent and divided as per the income group of the candidate. For an annual income above 5 lakhs, the tuition fee is 62,500 per semester; for an income between 1 to 5 lakhs, the tuition fee is 20,833, and for an income below 1 lakhs, there are no tuition fees. However, irrespective of the category, candidates who are allotted a seat and want to retain it must pay the seat acceptance fee. The seat acceptance fee is Rs 20,000/- for SC, ST, Gen-PwD, Gen-EWS-PwD, OBC-NCL-PwD, SC-PwD and ST-PwD and Rs 40,000/- for all other categories. The seat acceptance fee will be adjusted with the college fees at the time of admission.
