The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the DCET exam date 2022 at the official website- cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. The Karnataka DCET 2022 exam will be conducted on November 20, 2022 . The exam will be held in two times. The Applied Science and Applied Mathematics for all the programs will be conducted from 10 am to 1 pm; whereas the Kannada Language Test will be taken from 3 pm to 4 pm. The authority can apply for the Karnataka DCET 2022 exam till October 27, 2022 (till 11.59 pm). After that the authority will publish the Karnataka DCET admit card 2022 on November 8, 2022 (onwards).

Karnataka DCET Exam Pattern 2022
This year, the Karnataka DCET exam will be held in two sections- Applied Science and Applied Mathematics, instead of three sections like the last year. As per the Karnataka DCET paper pattern, 50% weightage will be allotted for DCET rank and the rest 50% for Diploma marks. The Karnataka DCET will be held in 100 marks and the time duration will be 3 hours.
- Maximum marks allocated to each question will be 1
- No negative marks will be there for the incorrectly marked answers
Karnataka DCET Exam 2022: Important Instructions
Here are some important instructions related to Karnataka DCET 2022 exam in the following section-
- The candidates should attempt all the questions asked in the Karnataka DCET exam
- Before leaving the exam, the candidates should provide the left hand thumb impression at the bottom of the OMR answer sheet
- The candidates should use blue/ black point pen to mark the responses
- Do not mark the answers with the help of gel pens
- Do not forget to carry the replica of the OMR answer sheet once the exam will be over
