The last date for KCET Combined Option Entry 2023 is August 9, 2023 for both UGCET and UGNEET aspirants. Applicants who have not yet entered their preferences can follow the instructions to do so before the deadline expires.

KCET Combined Option Entry 2023 Last Date : The Karnataka Examinations Authority will conclude KCET combined option entry 2023 tomorrow, August 9 , at 10 AM , at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in for both UGCET and UGNEET applicants. Candidates who have not yet submitted their choices should ensure to do so before the stipulated deadline. It is crucial to rank college options based on candidate preferences and their merit rank. The candidate's first choice of course should be entered in the first row, followed by subsequent preferences.

Following the completion of the option entry phase, the KEA authorities will publish the mock allotment result on August 11, 2023, post 6 PM. Candidates who feel dissatisfied with the seats allotted can modify their choices - either adding, altering, deleting, or rearranging them as needed between August 11, 2023, 8 PM, and August 14, 2023, 10 AM. The first round allotment result, based on the final choices, will be published on August 16, 2023, after 6 PM.

Candidates must keep the following points in mind during KCET Combined Option Entry 2023:

  • Applicants will be able to exercise KCET option entry 2023 only after verifying the documents and generating the verification slip.
  • Applicants will be given a secret key and a high-security user ID to log in to the dashboard and complete KCET Combined Option Entry 2023.
  • Candidates are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria for each discipline before indicating their preferences in the form.
  • When indicating preferences, applicants should prioritize their top choice in the first row and subsequently list their other preferences in order of interest.
  • As the combined option entry has been introduced, there are no stream-wise top preferences options. There is only one unique preference regardless of the stream.
  • For all eligible courses, the option entry must be done from a single portal and through a single option form. Each stream and course combination will have a unique preference number.
  • The option entry for Ayurveda, Unani, Homeopathy, Yoga & Naturopathy, and B.Sc Nursing will be conducted from Round 2 onwards. Hence, preferences for these courses cannot be entered now.
