The deadline for the option registration facility is August 26, 2024 (until 11.59 PM). Candidates can use the website- cee.kerala.gov.in to view choices for consideration in the allocation to MBBS and BDS courses if they are included in the State Medical Rank List released by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. The applicants' recorded options will determine the allocation. Candidates may register for MBBS and BDS course options online until August 28, 2024 (11:59 PM). The KEAM MBBS provisional allotment will be released on August 27, 2024, and the final allotment will be released on August 29, 2024, based on the alternatives received.

As per the official KEAM MBBS allotment schedule 2024, the MBBS fee in Government medical colleges is INR 23,150/. For Government Dental Colleges, the BDS fee is Rs 20,840/-. Candidates who do not take admission within the deadline will lose their allotment and will not be considered for future centralised allotments for admission to MBBS and BDS courses 2024.
