The law entrance exams have been postponed amid the outbreak of the Coronavirus. Official notifications have been released by the authorities keeping in view the nation-wide lockdown and safety of the aspirants. Candidates can find the entire list of the law entrance exams postponed here.

Law Exams Postponed

Due to the sudden outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic, various exams have been postponed in the universities and schools across the nation. In view of the nation-wide lockdown over the spread of COVID-19, dates of the popular law exams of the nation are also getting pushed ahead. Law Entrance Exam Postponed: Detailed Information

CLAT 2020

The date for CLAT 2020 or the Common Law Admission Test 2020 that was scheduled for May 10, 2020, has been rescheduled for 22nd August 2020. Candidates seeking admission in the universities or colleges accepting CLAT 2020 can apply for the CLAT 2020 entrance exam till 10th July 2020. Earlier the last day for filing the application form was 31st March 2020. Due to the nation-wide lockdown amid the spread of Coronavirus, the dates for CLAT 2020 has been postponed.

AILET 2020

The last date for filling the application form of AILET 2020 has been extended till 7th July 2020. As per the official notification, due to the sudden spread of COVID-19, the exam for AILET 2020 has been postponed. Now, the AILET 2020 will be conducted on 18th August 2020. The exam date has the possibility of getting pushed further ahead if the pandemic continues.

LAT 2020 and LFAT 2020

The Allahabad University has released a notification stating that the application process and the dates of the exam for LAT 2020 and LFAT 2020 have been postponed. The university will resume the admission process once the situation will be better. The application process for LAT 2020 and LFAT 2020 has been extended to 30th June 2020. Keeping in mind the seriousness of the situation, the university has postponed the date for indefinite periods. Fresh dates will be announced soon on the official website of the Allahabad University.

MH CET Law 2020

The MH CET Law 2020 was all set to be held for the 5 years integrated LLB course on 12th April 2020. Keeping in mind the nation-wide lockdown and the sudden attack of the Coronavirus pandemic, the Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra has decided to postpone the exam date for the 5 year LLB course. The new dates for the upcoming events have not been announced yet. Candidates need to stay tuned to CollegeDekho to find out the release of the new schedule. Meanwhile, the registration for the 3 year LLB is taking place. The application process began from 19th March 2020 and was extended to 8th June 2020.

ULSAT 2020

ULSAT 2020 has been postponed indefinitely and the application process for the same is ongoing. However, the last date to apply for the exam has not been announced. This year, the exam will be conducted in a remotely-proctored test (RPT) mode in view of the current COVID-19 crisis.

LSAT India 2020

LSAT India will be conducted on multiple days from 19th July onwards in online, remotely-proctored mode. The last date to apply for the exam is 5th July 2020.

AP LAWCET 2020 and AP PGLCET 2020

Both AP LAWCET and AP PGLCET will be conducted by APSCHE on 6th August 2020. The last date to apply for the exams without late fee was 15th June 2020. However, interested candidates still have the option to submit their form with a late fee of INR 2000 by 25th July 2020.

TS LAWCET 2020 and TS PGLCET 2020

Organised by TSCHE, both TS LAWCET 2020 and TS PGLCET 2020 have been postponed until further notice due to the unprecedented Coronavirus pandemic. The last date to apply for the exams with a late fee was 3rd July 2020.

Kerala LL.B Entrance Exam (KLEE) 2020

The Commissioner of Entrance Exams (CEE), Kerala has revised the schedule for KLEE entrance exam for 3-year LLB and 5-yr LLB courses. The exams were successfully conducted on 20th and 22nd June 2020 respectively. The answer keys for both the exams have also been released on 24th June 2020.

DU LLB Entrance Exam 2020

After a long delay, the registrations for DU LLB Entrance Exam 2020 finally began on 20th June 2020. The same shall go on till 4th July 2020. The fresh date for the exam has not been announced yet. The exam schedule was previously announced in September 2019 by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

BHU UET 2020

The Undergraduate Entrance Test (UET) conducted by BHU for law programmes has been postponed until further notice. The last date for the exam was 12th March 2020.

KIITEE 2020 (Law) 2020

As announced by KIIT Deemed to be University, KIITEE 2020 will now be conducted from 24th July to 2nd August 2020. The application deadline for the exam has also been extended to 15th July 2020.

IPU CET (Law) 2020

Conducted by IP University, IPU CET (Law) 2020 has also been postponed indefinitely due to the pandemic. Its application deadline has been further extended to 20th July 2020.
