MAH LLB 2024 Tie Breaking Method

Sometimes, more than one candidates get the same rank or score in MAH LLB CET. In such a situation, the official conducting body uses the tie breaking procedure which is explained as follows.

• According to the merit list, candidates with higher percentage of marks in class 12 or equivalent examination are given preference.
• Candidates who have received higher marks in their class 12th first language marks.
• Students with a high class 10th percentage of marks.
• A greater proportion of English course on the class 10th or comparable exam.

MAH LLB 2024 Merit List

The merit list for MAH 3-Year LLB 2024 is released by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra during the counselling process. Two merit lists will be released, provisional and final merit lists

Initially an alphabetical merit list is released by the authority, once the provisional merit list is out, the candidates must go through the merit list and submit their grievances. All the raised objections will be considered by the exam authority, and only then the final merit list will be released.

The counselling process is conducted in multiple phases; four rounds, 3 CAPs and 1 institute level round. Only candidates who have qualified the exam will get an opportunity to participate in the counselling process.
