Once released, the direct link for the Round 1 seat allotment list will be shared on the official website at llb5cap23.mahacet.org . This list will be released in PDF format as well as through the candidate login. The counselling authority will release Maharashtra LLB round 1 seat allotment based on the college preferences opted by the candidates and their ranks. The students have to download the provisional seat allotment letter and report to the respective law institute. Also, the candidates who are not satisfied with the seats offered to them have to wait for the second round of Maharashtra LLB CAP Counselling 2023.

After the vacant seats are available on the portal from the first round, The counselling department will release the Maharashtra LLB CAP Seat Allotment 2023 Round 2 on July 14, 2023 based on the same preferences that were made earlier.
What after Maharashtra LLB Round 1 Seat Allotment 2023?
For the students who have been allotted their desired college, they have to report to the institute with all necessary documents before July 13th, 2023. The applicants have to pay the remaining fee to confirm their admission. However, the students who are unwilling to take admitted in the allotted college, have to wait for the Round 2 Seat allotment list for MHT LLB CAP Counselling 2023. Also, No choice filling will be given to the student for the second round.
