Once the provisional seat allotment is announced, the candifates have to accept the seat that is offered to you from December 13 to 16, 2024. Online reporting in this period will be open until 3 PM on December 16, 2024. After this, you are required to appear for offline admission at your allotted college from December 13 to December 16 and the last time to report will be 5 pm on the last day.
The time for these steps is important to get your admission secured. The candidtes may lose opportunity to enroll into the college if they miss these deadlines. Moreover, any seats remaining after completion of CAP Round 3 will be dealt with by a spot admission process from December 18, 2024 and ending December 23, 2024.
In other words, if the candidates aren’t able to get a seat in this round, they will have another chance to get admitted through spot counselling, which will be conducted by individual institutes that still have some seats vacant.
