Pankhuri Gidwani from Lucknow who was the second runner-up of Miss India beauty contest for the year 2016 scored 97.25% in ISC Class 12 examinations. Her performance in the studies clearly reveals that she is the perfect combination of beauty with brains. She was supposed to appear for Class 12 examinations in 2016, but, however, could not appear for it due to her participation in the contest. She was the student of La Matiniere Girls College, Lucknow.

She was the second runner-up in the contest and was selected for Miss Grand International. She bagged the 25 th position in Miss Grand International. A total number of 80 countries participated in the contest. She was 18 years old when she took part in the Miss India beauty contest.

She further mentioned that she had faced difficulty in adjusting to studies after a gap of one year. However, she put in sincere efforts and worked hard to achieve success. She indicated that nothing is impossible to achieve if one has strong dedication and determination. One must love the work they do.
The Principal of La Matiniere Girls College congratulated Pankhuri Gidwani on her success and hoped that she will achieve greater heights in her field.
Pankhuri Gidwani scored 99 marks in History. She wants to take up either a course in Performing Arts or Bachelors in Mass Media. She received appreciation and wishes from her parents, relatives, friends and teachers.
