The Patna Science College is going to have the NAAC visit within next three months. As informed by the principal of the college Prof (Dr) U.K Sinha, the college would soon be visited by the NAAC. Dr Sinha also informed that the preparations for the visit are also at its peak.
The professor mentioned that the Self Study Report (SSR) is being prepared by the faculty members in collaboration with the principal of the college. The SSR report after being completed needs to be sent to the NAAC office.
The preparation of the NAAC proposal and the self study report has been given to Prof M.K Sinha. It is noteworthy that Professor M.K Sinha is a professor of the Geology department.
The principal of the college informed that the SSR report for the college would be uploaded to the official website of college. Prof U.K Sinha also informed that the NAAC team visits the college after approximately three months of uploading of the self study report.
The National Assessment and Accreditation Council of India, after monitoring the SSR report visits the college in order to inspect all the claims that have been met at the SSR report and then provides grading at the various claims made.
