NEET Expected Marks vs Rank 2024: Tie-Breaking Criteria
If two or more candidates score the same marks or percentile in the examination, then their ranks will be decided as per the following tie-breaking criteria:
- Candidates with a higher score in Biology (Botany & Zoology) will be allotted a higher rank, followed by,
- Candidate with a higher score in Chemistry, followed by,
- Candidate with a higher score in Physics, followed by,
- Candidate with a lower ratio of incorrectly answered questions in all the subjects, followed by,
- Candidate with a lower ratio of incorrectly answered questions in Biology (Botany & Zoology), followed by,
- Candidate with a lower ratio of incorrectly answered questions in Chemistry, followed by,
- Candidate with a lower ratio of incorrectly answered questions in Physics
