NIFT Exam 2025: Course-wise GAT, CAT requirementNIFT Exam 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct NIFT exam 2025 in February 2025. For the academic year 2025-26, the NIFT exam 2025 registrations are currently ongoing until January 6 without late fee. The NIFT exam 2025 will contain GAT(General Ability Test) and CAT (Creative Ability Test). As per the official notice, GAT will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT), while CAT Pen & Paper Based Test (PBT) Mode.
Course-wise GAT, CAT requirement, shortlisting criteria of NIFT 2025
For NIFT 2025, candidates can go through the below-mentioned course-wise GAT, CAT requirements and shortlisting criteria

M.F.M and M.Des | GAT, CAT | The authority will issue Separate Common Merit Ranks (SCMRs) For M.F.Mcandiadates, It is based on the GAT and is a combination of sections A, B and a personal interview. For M.Des based on GAT (Section A), CAT and Personal Interview. |

Note: The candidates who are applying for B.F.Tech with Maths subject can also eligible for B.Des by taking CAT along with GAT.
