The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) lays forward the minimum passing criteria like CBSE, ICSE, and all the other state boards of India. On the basis of the prescribed UP Board Class 12 Passing marks, the pass status of the students is identified. The students are required to score a minimum percentage of marks in order to pass the UP board exams successfully. If the students fail to secure the minimum passing marks as set by the board authorities, they will have to give the improvement exams. The UP Board exam evaluation is done on the basis of a continuous and comprehensive evaluation (CCE) pattern, which is quite efficient from the student's point of view. The grading system provides an understanding to the students about deriving their grades from the percentage of marks and vice versa. The information about the grade achieved by the student will be available in the mark sheet released by the board authorities. Also, after completing Class 10, if students have any doubts or require assistance with career planning, they may try out the
Career Compass Test
which is basically a test with a few questions, that will help them understand their career paths best.
