UPSC CSE Prelims 2023 Exam on May 28: List of Documents Required on Exam Day

Documents required for UPSC CSE Prelims Exam Day: The Civil Services Examination (CSE Prelims) Exam will be held on 28th May 2023 by Union Public Service Commission. The exam authorities have already released the UPSC CSE Prelims Admit Card 2023 along with the list of important documents to carry for exam day. The civil services aspirants registered for the UPSC CSE prelims examination and preparing to appear will have to bring all of these documents along with them or else they will not be allowed to enter the UPSC CSE Prelims 2023 examination hall.

The UPSC Civil Services Prelims will be held in online mode in two shifts, GS I and CSAT tests respectively. Check the list of documents that need to be carried out on UPSC CSE Prelims 2023 exam day and other important instructions.

UPSC CSE Prelims 2023: Documents Required on Exam Day

The candidates can check the list of all documents to carry on the examination day while going to the UPSC test centre:

  • UPSC CSE Prelims Admit Card 2023: The applicants have to carry the printed copy of the hall ticket that is released already on the official website on 8th May. It is to be noted that no e-ticket will be allowed by the exam authorities. Any candidate possessing the hall ticket in the smartphone will be prohibited to enter the exam hall

  • Photo ID Card with its photo state: Any one of the approved ID cards including a Voter ID Card/Aadhaar Card/Permanent Driving License/PAN Card/Passport/Ration Card/Bank Account Passbook//Employee ID Card//College ID Card/Service Card for Government servants/School ID Card

  • Two Passport-size pictures: Identical to the photograph mentioned on the admit card

  • Physical Disability Certificate: Issued by the respective government authorities for the PwD category applicants

  • Scribe Permission Letter: Issued by the exam authority for visually challenged candidates who have applied for a Scribe help
