UPTET Result 2021: On the order of the Single Bench of the High Court, the Office of the Examination Regulatory Authority had included candidates who completed their Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) course from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). But instead of declaring the result, their result had been shown as "court case". Let us tell you that after the decision of the Patna High Court in January 2020, the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE) validated the candidates doing this course in TET and teacher recruitment.
The Central Government had arranged for D.El.Ed training on behalf of NIOS to provide training to untrained teachers teaching in private schools. The NCTE had also approved the 18-month Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) course from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) as valid across the country.

According to media reports, on the orders of a single bench from the Allahabad High Court, the Office of the Examination Regulatory Authority had allowed these candidates to appear in the examination. Now the department is preparing to appeal in the double bench. In fact, the DElEd training course was started by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) to train teachers teaching in private schools. At the same time, according to media reports, after the decision of the Patna High Court, the candidates who took training were considered eligible for TET and teacher recruitment. After which these 20 thousand candidates had appeared in the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test.
