Will UPCET 2021 be Postponed?

UPCET 2021 was scheduled to be conducted on June 15 but it has been postponed. There were higher chances of the exam getting postponed due to class 12 and UG level exams getting postponed.

UPCET 2021 (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam) has been postponed. Updated dates for the UPCET 2021 exam will be announced soon. There were high chances that the exam might get postponed due to class 12 exams getting postponed and also due to the postponement of all the university/ college level exams. Also, the number of COVID-19 cases has been on the rise since Mid-March, which has led to the postponement of various exams.

NTA has also extended the last date to fill the UPCET 2021 application form till July 15, 2021. The application form can be filled by July 15 (5 pm) and the application fee can be paid by 11:50 pm. Earlier, the last date to register for UPCET 2021 was July 06, 2021.

Candidates can fill the application form online on ( upcet.nca.nic.in) to appear for the entrance exam. The exam is held for admission to various UG, PG, and lateral courses offered by MMMUT, AKTU , and HBTU . For BTech admissions , JEE Main 2021 scores will be accepted. Since this year, National Testing Agency (NTA) renamed UPSEE as UPCET (Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test). The exam will be conducted online.
