12 years ago, when you completed your HSC, did you also pursue any Bachelor's course? - B.A or B. Com or B. Sc?? If yes, then you can directly apply to do MBA/ PGDM. If not, then yes, you can still pursue a bachelor's level course. 

The only problem that you may face is that since there is a huge gap of years, preference may be given to the more recent students. Some universities have a provision to continue studies in the regular mode. Else, you can opt for IGNOU.
