Hello Harish, the cut-off for general PWD category in B.J. Medical College Ahmedabad for the academic year 2022-23 is 150. So, with 143 marks, you are unlikely to get admission to this college. However, you can try other medical colleges that have lower cut-offs for the general PWD category.
