NIT Trichy Latest Updates
The city intimation slip of JEE Main 2025 will be issued on jeemain.nta.nic.in in the first week of January. This city intimation slip is useful for candidates to get to know about their city of examination and date. This can be downloaded with an application number and password or date of birth. It is only for travel; the official admit card will be issued by January 20, 2025.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the JEE Main 2025 Session 1 admit card by January 20, 2025, ahead of the exam, which starts on January 22, 2025. Candidates can download the admit card using their application number and password from the official JEE Main website. The exam will be held from January 22 to 31, 2025.
IIT Roorkee will conduct the GATE 2025 exam on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025. The branch-wise exam dates have also been announced. The registration process is over, and the GATE 2025 exam admit card will be available on January 2, 2025. Candidates registered for the exam can download the hall ticket at the GOAPS portal.

About NIT Trichy
National Institute of Technology Trichy is situated in the Tiruchirappalli division of Tamilnadu. It was established as a joint venture of the Government of Tamil Nadu and the Government of India in 1964. NIT Trichy was formerly known as the Regional Engineering College Tiruchirappalli. With the approval of the Government of India, NIT Trichy was granted deemed university status in 2003. M.Tech and B.Tech are among the popular NIT Trichy courses. NIT Trichy admission 2024 for B.Tech courses will commence from June 10, 2024. Applicants must be JEE Main qualified in order to be admitted to BTech programmes. JEE Main Session 2 results have been declared by NTA on April 24, 2024. Those who qualify for JEE Main can apply for JoSAA counselling which will tentatively begin from June 10. Admission at NIT Trichy is offered through the performance of the candidate in the entrance exams as well as the marks acquired in the qualifying degrees. It is mandatory for candidates to fulfil the required eligibility criteria for NIT Trichy admission 2024. Once the eligibility criteria are fulfilled, aspirants have to complete the necessary application process. National-level entrance exams such as CAT, GATE, JEE Mains, etc. are accepted for NIT Trichy admission. Once they clear the entrance exam, they further have to participate in the counselling process as a part of the NIT Trichy admission process. Direct admission to NIT Trichy is not offered. For admission to the NIT Trichy B.Tech course, candidates need to clear the JEE Mains exam and attend the JoSAA counselling.
