Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test, shortened for BITSAT, is an engineering entrance examination that is conducted by BITS Pilani. This exam is conducted to offer admission into various UG engineering courses at the BITS campuses located at Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad. The BITSAT eligibility criteria differ based on the courses offered. Before registering for the entrance exam, you must go through the complete BITSAT 2025 eligibility criteria. The BITSAT 2025 registration for phases 1 & 2 has started on the official website. The deadline to apply for the BITSAT 2025 exam for both the sessions is April 18, 2025. Furthermore, the session 2 registration will be available from May 26 - June 10, 2025. The process of submission of the BITSAT application form involves registration, filling in the required details, and then submitting the form. The form will be available on the BITSAT official website and can be filled out through online mode. The application correction window will be opened from April 29 - May 1, 2025 for session 1 and from June 13-14 for session 2. You are advised to correct the details within the specified duration. BITSAT Application Fees 2025 for Dubai Centre 

The application fee will be different if you are applying for the BITS Dubai exam centre. Further, you should note that the Dubai exam centre will be the same for each gender but different for the exam sessions. The BITS fee for the session 1 exam will be INR 7150/- and INR 9150/- for both sessions 1 & 2.

The BITSAT admit card for sessions 1 & 2 will be made available on May 23, 2025, and on June 26, 2025, respectively. You should note that the BITSAT 2025 admit card will be accessible on the official website till the exam day for both sessions. To download the admit card, you will have to login with the help of the mandatory credentials. The admit card for BITSAT 2025 will include your personal, image and signature, along with the exam date, timings, roll number, exam day instructions, and other details. You will be able to book your slots for the BITSAT 2025 exam from May 13-16, 2025 for session 1 & from June 16-17, 2025 for session 2. Through BITSAT slot booking, you will be able to select the BITSAT 2025 exam date & slot time. To book the slots, you will have to log in with your application number & password. Only after booking the slots successfully will you be able to download the admit card. • The 'Online Test Booking System (OTBS)' will open in a new window
• Log in to the portal with your BITSAT application number and password

• To reserve the time slot, click on the 'Confirm' button

The exam pattern of BITSAT 2025 will be released by BITS Pilani on its website along with the official brochure. As per the previous trends of the BITSAT paper pattern, the exam will be conducted as a Computer Based Test (CBT) for 3 hours. The questions about physics, chemistry, and mathematics, in addition to logical reasoning and English, will be asked in the exam. • All questions will be multiple choice, and the mode of language will be English.
• The exam will consist of 130 questions in total
• The question paper will be divided into five sections
• Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, English proficiency, and Logical Thinking of the candidates will be tested.

Important Note: If you answer all 130 questions without skipping any, you can attempt an extra 12 questions if there is still time left. Extra questions will be based on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology, and Logical Reasoning, with three questions each. Once you select extra questions, you cannot change your answers to any of the previous 130 questions. The extra questions (a maximum of 12) will provide an opportunity for highly qualified students to score cutoff marks in the exam.

Based on the student's overall performance in the entrance exam, BITS Pilani will prepare two types of BITSAT 2025 merit lists - one is the BITSAT 2025 admit list and the other one is the BITSAT 2025 waitlist.

• BITSAT Admit List 2025: The admit list of BITSAT 2025 will feature the names of candidates who have scored the BITSAT 2025 cutoff and are eligible for participation in the BITSAT counselling 2025.
• BITSAT Wait List 2025: The BITSAT 2025 waitlist will have the names of candidates who are put on hold and will be called for admission only if there are any vacant seats.

BITSAT counselling will be conducted in six rounds. Only those applicants who pass the BITSAT 2025 exam will be considered eligible to participate in BITSAT Counselling 2025. Moreover, the counselling will include the procedure such as:-

• Online Registration: BITS Pilani will conduct the BITSAT 2025 counselling registration in online mode. Candidates must visit the official website click on the counselling registration link and provide all the required information.
• Marks Submission: Candidates must upload information on subject-wise marks acquired in the Class 12 examination. Candidates awaiting results must download the BITSAT counselling application form 2025 and submit it to the authorities once their Class 12 results are out. They must put "Original form already submitted, 12th standard marks being submitted now" on the top of the application form.
• Choice Filling: After providing all of the required information, applicants must pick their desired courses and colleges. This phase is important since BITSAT Seat Allotment 2025 will be based on the alternatives of colleges chosen by the candidates.
