OJEE 2025 Counselling Process

Students who will qualify the OJEE 2025 exam are eligible to participate in the OJEE counselling process. The OJEE 2025 Counselling are conducted separately for each course. You must first register for the counselling and then lock their choices. The counselling cell publishes a list of seats available for institutions based on the merit list and the choices made by the students. The applicants must present the original papers required for the verification procedure to validate their seats. A copy of the documentation must be turned in by the students at the counselling centre. Additionally, applicants must submit a part-fee payment of INR 500 for the SC/ST/PC categories and INR 1000 for the General category. Along with a letter confirming their seat assignment, students must report to the institution and pay the outstanding balance. All OJEE exam 2025 rank holders are eligible to participate in the counselling process irrespective of their admission status.

OJEE Counselling 2025 will take place in July 2025. Students who are shortlisted in the merit list will be invited to participate in the counselling process, which will be conducted online. The important instruction as mentioned in the OJEE admit card that should be followed by every student are as follows - 

  1. Students must download their OJEE hall ticket or admit card 2025 and have a double copy in case they misplace it at the last moment. The students will not be allowed entry without the hall ticket.
  2. Students should check the details stated on the OJEE admit card 2025 before downloading it
  3. Students are required to carry a valid ID photo on the day of the test. Photo ID can be any of the following - Voter ID, Aadhar Card / Photo Registration Number, Rating Card, Driver's License, PAN Card and Passport
