Educational Qualifications

  • Candidates should have passed their intermediate exam or equivalent examination from a recognized board
  • Candidates should've scored at least 60% marks in aggregate or a minimum aggregate of 7.0 CGPA at the qualifying exam level
  • Candidates appearing in their intermediate examination can also apply
  • TS EAMCET/AP EAMCET/JEE Mains/JEE Advanced/ qualified candidates with at least 60% aggregate or a CGPA of 7.0 at the intermediate or 10+2 level are also eligible to apply for VSAT 2025
  • The compulsory subjects in the qualifying exam are Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology

Is the VSAT exam easy?

The VSAT exam tests the basic knowledge and time management skills of the candidates. The questions in the VSAT exam are more basic but a few are only complicated. In addition, the syllabus for the VSAT exam is the syllabus for class 11 and 12 making it easy for the candidates to score good marks.

 

How to prepare for the VSAT exam?

For better preparation for theVSAT 2025, the VSAT aspirants are required to practice different sets of VSAT 2025 mock tests or VSAT previous years' question papers to enhance their confidence and develop good time management skills. Through the VSAT mock tests, candidates can work on their areas of weaknesses and chalk out a preparation plan to overcome them.

What are the qualifying marks for the VSAT 2025 exam?

The candidates applying for the VSAT 2025 exam must abide by certain eligibility criteria. Candidates born on or after 1st July, 2004 and a pass in Intermediate or its equivalent exam with minimum 60% aggregate marks are eligible to appear for the VSAT admission test.

What is the pattern of the VSAT 2025 exam?

In the VSAT question paper, there will be four sections of Mathematics or Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and English/Aptitude. Each section will have thirty questions signifying there will be a total of 120 questions. Candidates will be required to attempt these questions in the allotted duration which is 2 hours 30 minutes.

To apply for VSAT 2025, candidates must be born on or after 1st July 2004 and have passed 10+2 or an equivalent exam from a recognized board. Those currently in class 12 can also apply. Additionally, candidates who qualify in AP or TS EAMCET/JEE(Mains)/JEE(Advanced) with a minimum B2 grade/CGPA of 7.0 in Andhra Pradesh or above 60% in Telangana State +2/Intermediate are also eligible.
