Instructions to Fill NEET UG Application Form 2025
Here are the required instructions to be followed to apply for the online application form.
1. Register for the online application form and note the system-generated application number.
2. Fill in the required details, create a password, choose a security question, and provide an answer.
3. After submission, an application number will be issued for future reference.
4. Login using the application number and password to complete the form, including personal and educational details, and upload necessary documents and images.
5. Ensure your photograph and signature are clear; blurriness will lead to application rejection.
6. Upload the required documents accurately, as no corrections will be allowed later.
7. Using someone else's documents or tampering with exam materials is considered an unfair practice and will incur penalties.
8. Provide a valid email address and mobile number, as the information is final and cannot be changed.
9. NTA will not alter any information after the application process is complete and is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information submitted by candidates.
