RIE CEE 2023 Exam Day Guidelines: RIE CEE 2023 will be organised on July 2, 2023. Aspirants who wish to pursue 2 Year B.Ed, B.Ed-M.Ed, M.Ed, BA B.Ed, B.Sc B.Ed, M.Sc M.Ed from the participating institutions have to crack the RIE CEE exam.
The exam is supervised by the NCERT. Applicants appearing for the entrance examination on the specified date must be acquainted with the exam day regulations that they have to follow at the examination centre. The examination will be conducted offline and candidates will be given the test booklets in English and Hindi.

RIE CEE 2023 Exam Day Guidelines
Check out the below primary guidelines for RIE CEE 2023 exam day that the aspirants should stick to -
- Test-takers must reach their specific exam centres, as per the reporting time provided on the admit card of RIE CEE.
- Applicants will not be given access to the examination venue before the reporting time. Those who reach the location must wait till entry is allowed.
- The admit cards and the photo ID card will be checked at the gate of the examination centre.
- Students must make sure they arrive at the test location on time. If they are late to arrive, then they will not be authorised to enter the examination premises.
- Candidates must take seats as per the seating arrangement provided by the authorities.
- Candidates must take note of the rules and regulations mentioned by the invigilator inside the exam hall.
- They must follow the directions given by the authorities. If they have any doubts regarding the rules, they must clarify with the invigilator immediately.
- Candidates must produce their admit card copy when asked by the invigilator.
- They will also be asked to show their Identity proof along with the admit card by the exam authorities. The concerned person will verify the identity of the candidates with the help of the ID card.
- Candidates must bring the original ID cards to the examination room. They should not provide fake identification cards.
- Aspirants are allowed to bring only those stationery items that have been mentioned in the admit card rules.
- The exam will continue for 2 hours and the total number of questions will be 80.
- Students must answer the questions carefully, as wrong answers will lead to negative marking.
- Candidates must check the official site of RIE CEE to remain updated about the exam pattern and other necessary information.
- After the exam is over, candidates must retain the copy of the hall ticket as they will require it to view their RIE CEE 2023 results and also during the counselling process.
- Candidates are urged not to get involved in any unfair practices during the examination. If they are found engaged in any such activity, then they will not be allowed to continue the examination. Additionally, they may have to face legal actions in future and they will also be barred from taking the test in the upcoming years.
RIE CEE 2023 Exam Day Guidelines for Scribe
Take a look at the RIE CEE 2023 exam day guidelines for scribes -
- Candidates with poor vision with above 40% disability or who are blind can avail themselves of the facility of a scribe during the written test.
- Aspirants who use a scribe must furnish the certificate of their disability issued by an approved authority of the Government.
- The individual assigned as a scribe must not have attained their qualifications in subjects similar to that of the aspirants. Additionally, the scribe must be of the same age or younger to the aspirant.
- Applicants can make arrangements for the scribe by themselves, or they can write to the examination centre superintendent for a scribe. They should make this request at least one week before the examination.
- Aspirants who get the service of a scribe will be eligible for an added time of 20 minutes per hour of the admission test. That is, RIE CEE will be conducted for 2 hours, hence the candidate will be given 40 more minutes other than the regular exam duration.
- Applicants opting for scribe are responsible for any misbehaviour or wrongdoing by the scribe brought by them.
- Please note the dialogue between the scribe and the applicant must not disturb the other candidates in the examination room.
- The scribe will be given Rs 250 as an honorarium fee.
- The amount will be paid to the scribe from the advance charges given by the applicant to the examination centre. A receipt regarding this must be submitted to the exam cell along with any other bills.
